Building is blocks from UVM and abuts Champlain's campus . Roll out of bed and your at Champlain College. Three parking spots are assigned and no extra fees for parking. There is free street parking on South Union Street in front of building.

Landlord pays for trash, sewer, profession lawn services, salting, sanding and snow plowing are also provided. Tenant pays for Heat, Hot Water and Electric . Cable and Internet are tenant's responsiblity.
