Payments are due on the first of each Month

Insufficient funds fee: $25.00.
Late fees will apply on the 10th day of month.
Late fees are: $30.00 per Tenant

Terms of Lease: 51 week 12 installments

First Month Rent and Security Deposit due at lease signing.

Security Deposits are returned 14 days after vacating property.

Take advantage of our Auto Drafting Program to ensure timely payments of rent.  All you need to do is print out the auto drafting form and return it to us for processing.  You won’t have to think about sending in the rent check each month just make sure your checking account is properly funded.
